1 Membership Entitlements
HOSPITALITY & RESORTS PVT LTD vacation ownership memberships entitle registered members to specified annual holiday stays (e.g. 6 Nights / 7 Days annually) over their contracted terms in accordance with the selected package studio tier (Purple Studio, Red Studio, White Studio, or Blue Studio).
2 Reservation & Booking Guidelines
Members can book vacation stays across our verified India and International network:
- Reservations are subject to room allotment and availability at the requested affiliate resort.
- Holiday requests should ideally be submitted 15 to 30 days in advance of the planned check-in date.
- Official digital stay vouchers must be presented along with valid government photo IDs upon resort check-in.
3 Rollover & Gift Privileges
Unutilized nights in a calendar year can be accumulated or rolled over to the subsequent year up to the permitted package limits. Members also hold the privilege of gifting holiday stays to immediate family members (parents, siblings, children) with prior written intimation to the Concierge desk.
4 Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
All agreements, memberships, and transactions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ghaziabad / Delhi NCR, India.
